Pattern Concepts
Creating a design for this children’s product was a unique challenge as Viori’s style is very modern and sophisticated. We wanted this to read “children’s product” while still fitting into Viori’s product lineup. I started by creating some patterns with hand drawn elements to give the collection a more playful feel.
Bubble Bath

Ultimately, we decided to move forward with a more subtle bubble pattern that was still youthful, but tied better into Viori’s style.
Shampoo

With the design direction established for the bubble, it was easy to translate that design to the shampoo packaging.
Shampoo Mold
We saved one of the designs from my initial pattern exploration to use as the bar mold. We felt this was a good balance between having a more cutesy bar to pair with the subtle packaging.
